Dr. Page is a Family Practice physician in Tempe, AZ with over 25 years of medical experience. Understanding that Healthcare Reform can make it very difficult for Independent Physicians to survive and thrive, he founded Commonwealth Accountable Care Organization in 2012 to provide a support system for Independent practices. The sharing of strategies, performance and quality reporting, practice education, and practice growth opportunities are all paramount to the ACOs charter. Dr. Page firmly believes that Independent Physicians can find strength by organizing and supporting each other.
